What do I need to bring?
Reservation fee
It costs £250.00 to reserve a property on the day. This money will then be subtracted from the amount payable upon completion of sale. Please note that once the financial interview has been successfully completed, the cheque becomes non-refundable. Please speak to a member of the sales team on 0845 600 4663 to find out who you need to make your cheque payable to.
Solicitor details

If you have not got a solicitor already you will need to instruct one before you attend your interview.
