Location
Cambridge Yard sits in an established residential area flanked by streets of attractive Victorian terraced houses. These streets are typical of the area as a whole, which has a wealth of historic Victorian and Edwardian buildings as well as an abundance of parkland and green spaces.
Local green spaces of note include Brent Lodge Park, Elthorne Park, Brent River Park and the popular Brent Valley Golf Club. A range of shops is available locally; most of the major high street retailers can be found at Ealing Broadway, which is easily accessible by bus or car.
Cambridge Yard is well placed for transport connections both locally and into the centre of the capital. The nearest underground station is Ealing Broadway, less than three miles or 10 minutes away by car. Alternatively, buses run eastwards along Uxbridge Road with a journey time of approximately 15 minutes. From here, Central Line services run to White City (10 minutes), Shepherds Bush for Westfield (13 minutes), Oxford Circus(25 minutes) and Bank (34 minutes).
Hanwell overground station is approximately a quarter of a mile from the development. From here regular services run into Paddington with a journey time of just 18 minutes.
